| Validation Engineer (F/T): |
- Develop MPI/Work Instruction & Test Method Development & Validation Documents;
- Validation and qualification for Laser welding machines, Beahm Hotbox and Epoxy curing systems;
- Perform periodic review of ongoing manufacturing process in order to ensure its compliance with validation protocols;
- Perform periodic review of ingoing manufacturing process in order to ensure its compliance with validation protocols;
- Establish validation standards, develop testing protocols, prepare equipment, perform analysis and document test results;
- Requalification of equipment, facilities and utilities as required;
- Identify deviations encountered during the testing protocol stage or the manufacturing stage and worked with Senior Engineer to implement solution;
- Develop and implement Corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) and Non-conformance Reports for various processes on the Production floor;
- Commercialization of Catheter in various countries.
Job location: Lake Elmo, MN.
Master’s Degree in Engineering is required.
